Psychotherapy in Vienna. In English and German.
A space for what’s on your mind.
You may be experiencing anxiety, exhaustion or patterns that keep repeating. Perhaps you are going through a change and looking for direction, or simply want to understand yourself better. My practice is in Favoriten, Vienna’s 10th district (1100 Vienna), near Hauptbahnhof (Vienna Central Station).

What might bring you here
What can psychotherapy help with?
Together, we can explore what feels difficult, understand connections and develop new ways forward. You don’t need to be able to name your concern precisely before we begin.
Anxiety & worry
When worries, panic or racing thoughts begin to shape your everyday life.
Stress & exhaustion
When life’s demands feel too much and it becomes difficult to rest.
Depression & low mood
When energy, enjoyment or motivation are missing and everything feels heavy.
Relationships & patterns
When conflicts or difficulties connecting with others keep recurring.
Life changes & crises
Support through separation, migration, career changes and personal transitions.
Self-esteem & self-understanding
When you want to understand yourself better and relate to yourself with greater care.
Language & belonging
Your thoughts and feelings deserve room.
I offer psychotherapy in English and German. You can choose the language in which you feel more comfortable talking about personal experiences.
I know from personal experience what it can mean to make a home in another country and navigate different languages and cultures. This informs my open and diversity-sensitive approach.
